VOLUNTEER RULES & POLICIES

  • All volunteers must sign up via sign up sheet and report to their stations at the designated time they volunteered for. If a volunteer is unable to assist, or doesn’t show up, another volunteer will be placed in that time slot.

  • All volunteers with cash handling responsibilities, will be supervised at all times.

  • Alcoholic beverages can only be passed out to attendees who have gotten their hand stamped and have a drink ticket.  At no point will anyone be given a free alcohol beverage.  That’s what the water is for.

  • If an attendee is observed being inebriated, rude to others, violent towards others, that person will be asked to leave and no further alcohol will be served to that person.

  • All volunteers will refrain from consuming alcohol and/or other behavior altering substances during their volunteer time slots.  Anyone caught will be immediately removed from that position and be prohibited from volunteering in future festivals.

  • All volunteers must stay for the duration of their time slots/location.  Leaving early must be approved with a back up volunteer available to cover time slot/location.

The following items are NOT permitted in Festival Area:

  • Outside Alcohol

  • Smoking – no smoking within the beer tent area

  • Coolers

  • Any noise making devices, specifically air horns with sirens, whistles

  • Illegal drugs

  • Weapons and dangerous devices of any type

  • Guests found in possession of contraband items will be subject to expulsion from the festival and the contraband items confiscated.

  • We strongly advise leaving your pet at home.  This is a very busy, crowded event which could lead to a stressful day for Fido.
